Research Experience:

● In 1991, received his M.S. degree in computer science from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, U.S.A.

●  In 2000, received his Ph.D. degree in computer science and information engineering from National Chung Cheng University.

●  From 2001 to 2002, an Assistant Professor at the Department of Information Management, Chaoyang University of Technology.

●  From August 2002 to July 2003, an Assistant Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Huwei Institute of Technology.

●  From August 2003 to July 2005, an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems Department, National Chung Hsing University.

●  From August 2005 to July 2008, an Associate Professor of Management Information Systems Department, National Chung Hsing University.

●  From August 2008, a Full Professor of Management Information Systems Department, National Chung Hsing University.
