Research Experience:

Dr. Kuei-Chih KC Chuang was both retired professor of Graduate School of Technological and Vocational Education (TVE), and Teacher Education Center (TEC) in National Yunlin University of Science & Technology (YunTech). Prof. Chuang also is teaching course as an adjunct professor in both Department of Electrical Engineering (DEE) of YunTech and Department of Industrial Education (DIE) of NTNU in Taiwan. He is a founding president of Yun-Lin Natural Agriculture Development Association (NADA) and Honorary Founding President. And He is also a Board of Director of the Asian Academic Society for Vocational Education and Training (AASVET), Sustainable Development & Green Technology Association (SDGTA).

Dr. KC Chuang obtained his master degree in Industrial Technology Education and doctoral degree in Technology Education from The Ohio State University (OSU) in 1995, 1998. He also obtained a bachelor degree Ed. with electronic and computer information at the Department of Industrial Education from National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). He obtained an associate degree in Department Electronic Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT), He received the graduate program of Control System Engineering at National Chiao Tung University, Electrical Engineering program at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Semi-Conductors program at National Tsing Hua University during 1984-1986.

He was awarded “The International Honorary for Professional in Technology” from Alpha Chapter of The Ohio State University of Epsilon Pi Tau, 1996, and “James J. Buffer Award in Industrial Technology Education”, at The Ohio State University, 1998. 

He also awarded these Digital Learning (e-learning) Courses Certifications with four courses on studies of Comparative vocational education, Multimedia Teaching Design, Digital Technology Teaching, and Quantitative research and design approved by Distance learning in the Ministry of Education (MOE) since 2010-2014.

Otherwise, He also awarded International Invention Exhibition - Poland (International Warsaw Invention Show-IWIS 2015) Gold Medal and Special Award, and the patent of Omnidirectional Integrated Teaching Practice machine of new type in the Republic of China in 2015.

His research interests included as Technology Education (STEM), Technology and Electrical and Electronic Engineering Education, Technical Education and Training, Digital Learning (e-learning), Multimedia Curriculum Development Design and Teaching, Sustainable Development of Organic Agriculture Project Training, and Internet of things (IoT), ect.
